A: Generally, we pack goods in containers using iron frames. We can also accommodate special packaging requirements upon request.
Q4: What is the warranty term?
A: We offer a 1-year warranty for the whole vehicle and a 5-year warranty for the lithium battery. Warranty periods can be extended based on your needs.
Q5: What are your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as a deposit, and 70% before delivery. Other payment terms can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Q6: What is the lead time for the product?
A: Generally 25-35 days after receiving the deposit. The factory manages four complete processes: body manufacturing, painting, welding, and assembly. Delivery time depends on order items and quantity.
