We offer a 1-year warranty for the whole vehicle and a 5-year warranty for lithium batteries. We can extend the warranty period according to your specific needs.
Q5: What is your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. Other payment terms can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Q6: What is the lead time of the product?
Generally 25-35 days after receiving the deposit. Our facility handles body manufacturing, painting, welding, and assembly. Specific delivery time depends on order items and quantity.
