What is the lead time for orders?
Generally, delivery takes 25-35 days after receiving the deposit. We manage four complete processes: body manufacturing, painting, welding, and assembly to ensure efficiency.
What are your terms of payment?
Standard terms are T/T 30% as deposit and 70% before delivery. Other terms can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
What is the warranty period?
We offer a 1-year warranty for the whole vehicle and a 5-year warranty for lithium batteries. Warranty extensions are available upon request.
How do you ensure product quality before delivery?
We conduct 100% testing before delivery. We use automotive-grade components and a full life cycle quality management system to ensure durability and performance.
