How long does it take to develop a new product?
Using our unique 3D printing and polymer composite material technology, we can shorten the development cycle of new products to as little as 1 month.
How do you pack the vehicles?
Generally, we pack goods in containers using iron frames. We can also accommodate specific packaging requirements upon request.
What is the warranty term?
We provide a 1-year warranty for the whole vehicle and a 5-year warranty for the lithium battery. Extension options are available based on your needs.
What are your terms of payment?
Standard terms are T/T 30% as a deposit and 70% before delivery. Other payment terms can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
What is the lead time for the products?
Generally 25-35 days after receiving the deposit. Our facility covers all processes including body manufacturing, painting, welding, and assembly.
