How long does it take to develop a new product?
Utilizing unique 3D printing and polymer composite material technology, we can shorten the development cycle for new products to as little as 1 month.
What are the vehicle packing options?
Generally, we pack goods in containers using reinforced iron frames. We can also accommodate special packaging requirements upon request.
What is the warranty term for the electric vehicles?
We offer a 1-year warranty for the whole vehicle and a 5-year warranty for the lithium battery. Extended warranty periods are available based on your needs.
What are your terms of payment?
Standard terms are T/T 30% as a deposit and 70% before delivery. Other payment terms can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
What is the standard lead time?
Typically 25-35 days after receiving the deposit. The specific delivery time depends on the specific order items and quantity.
